I’ve taken 2011 off to focus on family and work. Two young kids take up a lot of time! Urban Mystic taking up a lot of time which I’m instead spending on family and work – The Typesetter and Africa on Paper.

Urban Mystic hosts a Sunday session focused on practicing meditation and the presence of Godde, courses on Thursday evenings aimed at supporting and developing spirituality, assistance in developing a spiritual portfolio, and consultations in relation to personal and spiritual development.
Sunday Session
This session has two parts to it – in one part we practice meditation and in the other we practice the presence of Godde.
Thursday Courses
We routinely run courses related to spirituality. Our core series consists of three courses that are essentially informational: The Problem of Godde, Introducing Meditation, and Practicing the Presence of Godde. Our other courses focus on personal and spiritual development and includes aspects of personal sharing, journeying together with others, and spiritual direction.
Spiritual Portfolio
A portfolio consists of things you do or invest in that produce skills or provide a return on investment. A spiritual portfolio consists of what you do to develop your spirituality. We will help you draw up a spiritual portfolio, journey with you as you put it into practice and help you monitor and evaluate its effectiveness in your life.
Consultations
Spirituality involves our living and relating. Our day-to-day living, past experiences, and the future expectations all provide conversation points related to spirituality.
